Safety
Special Thanks

Safety and Spotting is very important when attempting any one of the skills listed in CheerWiz.com. Do not attempt any one of the skills without a spotter, proper safety equipment, certified personnel, and medical staff on hand in case of an emergency. Safety is the first priority and should not be taken lightly.

NOTE: When spotting; Spotters need to focus on the head, neck, and back at all times. Keep your arms up during the skill and never loose sight of any/all fliers in the air.
