Outside line game "

[Clean up routine:] As you are working on your routine, play a game called the "Outside line game". As practice starts, NO one can leave the mat and step outside of the lines ever during practice. The coach is the only one who can allow anyone on the team to take breaks and/or go to the bathroom. If anyone steps out, they have to do 20 pushups (the more they cross over they will have to owe you more pushups).

Why do this? It's fun and it brings boundary awareness. You can get so many points deducted for stepping out, so it's good to make the team aware!

Next Tip: [Clean up] Add Extras ("Yah!","Let's Go",etc.)
