" Competition Routine Tip 48:
Start ending section smooth
"

Cheerwiz.com

credit: Midwest Cheer Elite

[The ending Section:] As you begin the ending section of your routine, make sure there is a smooth transition. You don't want for the music to start too soon, you don't want to see cheerleaders rushing to their spots, and you don't want to see members rushing their skills.

Why do this? It is good to get the proper timing of the routine started correctly. If there is any rushing, and/or bobbling all over the mat then it could cause major disaster for the routine and judges will notice.

Next Tip: Make sure everyone is not rushed
