" Competition Routine Tip 28:
Allow the team to give ideas, and be open to incorporating them
"

Cheerwiz.com

[Starting the Routine Section:] Allow the team to give ideas, and be open to incorporating them. If it is a good idea then thank them and put it in. If it's an idea that's not going to work in the routine, then tell them why it's not going to work.
(NOTE: Make sure suggestions are given and minimum so that they don't become a daily distraction. Try to set time aside for them.)

Why do this? It's a good way to get many ideas, it will make your routine better, it may help solve some problems in the routine, your will form a good relationship with the team, and the team will work harder knowing they had some input in the routine.

Next Tip: Placement for 1st part with counts
