Baskets

A Basket Toss is made up of 2 bases facing one another, a backspot, and a flier.   The bases grab their own left wrist with their right hands, then grab the other base's right wrist with their own left hand to make a box for the basket.  The flier will put her hands on the base's shoulders, and jump up and over into the basket by pushing down through her arms. The backspot will assist the flier into the basket then get underneath and throw up to give the tosst more height.  You are limited to having only 1 other frontspot in front to assist in throwing the basket.
