Stunts:
All-girl Stunting involves 1 to 2
base(s), a flier, and a spotter/backspot. The flier is the girl that
goes on top of the stunt, the spotter/backspot is usually the girl who
stands behind the stunt, and the base(s) are positioned under the stunt.
A "POD" is when you have 2 bases, a
flier, and a backspot. This combination of girls is usually put
together for elevator and all extended elevator stunts.

COED stunting:

COED stunting is a little
different than All-girl stunting. There are less individuals
involved in the stunt. You have a flier on top and a base below.
For more dangerous stunts you will be required to have a spotter on their
right hand side.
