So you want to be a flier. Here are some tips to help you achieve those goals.

1.) stay tight - so many girls bail out of stunts.


2.) stretch - you need to be flexible to hit some of the recommended stunts.


3.) practice - start by pulling the stunts on the ground without bases, then trying to stand on something (like a chair or bench). The key is to get your technique first.


4.) trust - trust the bases and your own skills. IF you are shaking, it will show and make the stunt more difficult.


5.) assist - so many fliers think that the bases are just supposed to lift them up. BUT this is untrue. The flier play a part in the lift by pushing off of the bases shoulders, jumping off the ground, and staying tight in the air.


6.) work out - have enough muscles to stay tight, and absorb the falls
