"Control and Guide your flier during transition "

When you transition a flier from stunt to stunt make sure you control and guide her through it.

What does this mean? The BIG problem is that bases/spotter either just throw the flier around Or don't even help at all when a flier is in transitional movement from stunt to stunt. This makes it difficult for the flier to get into position, causes mistiming issues, and chances your flier getting hurt.

Have the base(s)/spotter(s) place the flier in position by controlling her at the waist, resisting her through her arms, and/or resisting her through her foot depending on the skill that you are doing. This will help you place the flier into position, help keep the timing among the group, and helps reduce the chance of injury.
