Follow the flier (don't resist)? When stunting All-girl OR COED, always make sure that you follow the flier and go with her as she comes into the stunt. Don't try to be too aggressive because all you will do is resist her and make the stunt more difficult.

So what does this mean? Let's take COED stunting for an example. When tossing a stunt, the base needs to let the flier jump and flick. Some bases either lift the flier too early before she jumps, Or flicks early so the flier does not have a chance. All this does is make the stunt harder and lower.

The key is to follow the flier so that you can get her timing, momentum, and extra power for the stunt. Then near the end of the flier's push, step, and/or flick the base needs to explode through to finish the stunt.
