Don't overpower your flier! What does this mean? Many bases in either COED or all-girl stunting tend to rush the stunt and force the flier into position. What this does is makes the flier uncomfortable, pushes her out of position, and doesn't allow the flier to take weight off the stunt.

What should the bases do? The bases need to follow the flier up and wait for her. If she is jumping off of the ground then let her jump. If she is stepping up then let her push off and step. Once the flier has jumped/pushed/stepped then the bases need to immediately get into the stunt and use the momentum to get the stunt up.

If the flier is off, then the bases can place the flier into position, but make it subtle and don't force it OR the stunt might fall.
