"Make your 1 arm stunts stronger "

2 things are important when hitting 1 arm stunts, they are technique and strength. If you want to learn technique then click here. If you want tips on making your 1 arm stunts stronger then look below:

1.) Weight Train - Using weights is a great way to get strength in your arms and shoulders. Make sure you do exercises such as military press, shrugs, and deltoid exercises to help.

2.) Use a spot - If you are unable to hit a 1 arm stunt, then grab a spotter to help lift the stunt with you. Only have them help you a little so that your muscles are struggling when hitting the stunt.

3.) Do many - To gain endurance try doing many 1 arm stunts in a row. The stunt will become easier to do over time.

4.) Hold it longer - Hold the 1 arm stunt for a long period of time and your stabilizing muscles will get stronger which will allow you to hold it longer.
