What's toeing & heeling? Toeing refers to the flier and/or base placing the flier's toes down in a stunt. Heeling refers to the flier and/or base placing the flier's toes up in a stunt so the flier's heel is down.

Why the significance? You don't want the flier to be "Toed" and/or "Heeled". This makes it more difficult for the flier to stand and adjust in the stunt. Make sure the flier's foot/feet are slightly pointed down enough so that they are standing on the balls of their feet/foot.
