"Arousal (Humpty) tips"

Here are some Arousal (Humpty) Tips for bases and fliers:

Flier:
1.) Spread your legs as if you were doing a toe touch.
2.) Reach behind the base's head with your hands overlapping and use this to hold your weight as you are doing the arousal.
3.) Keep your arms bent as you are holding the base's kneck to keep your upper body close to the base. This will make the stunt lighter and easier for the base to control.
4.) On the way up (as you are rolling back up out of the arousal), make sure you give a good push off the base's shoulders to make you lighter as you go into the next stunt/transition.

Base:
1.) Place your hands on the flier's buttocks and your forearms under the flier's thighs. This will make it easier to control her.
2.) Control and resist the flier with your arms/hands. Don't let her just drop OR it will make it more difficult to bring her back up.
3.) Use the momentum of the stunt (as you rock down then up) to be able to pop the flier up into another stunt OR transition.
