"Double Cupie Tips"

Here are some tips for Double Cupies:

Fliers:
1.) Ride the tosses up and too the center as much as you can.
2.) Wrap the other flier's back and lift up.
3.) Don't Push or Pull on the other flier OR you might make her fall.
4.) Keep your technique: Make sure your feet are together and your shoulders are square to the front.

Base:
1.) Keep arms locked.
2.) Squeeze both fliers feet as much as you can.
3.) Make sure you have a wide grip so that your fliers have something to stand on.
4.) Don't try to hold the fliers too wide, or the stunt will get heavy. Hold shoulder width.
5.) Don't hold the stunt in front of you Or it will fall.



Spotter:
1.) If assisting, help hold the stunt under the main bases with an open hand.
2.) If assisting, let the main base take control of the stunt and DON'T try to steal the stunt from him.
3.) If assisting, be more there for lifting and making minor adjustments.

Tossers:
1.) (Walk in toss) Throw more up and guide. Don't throw the girls into one another.
2.) (Regular toss) Toss more up and slightly to the middle. Don't throw your flier into the other.
