"Pooper Scooper (dirty bird) tips"

Here are some tips to help your pooper scooper (dirty bird) stunt for COED OR all-girl teams:

Flier
1.) Keep your arms in close to squeeze the base into you as you go down his/her back.
2.) Move down the base's back, 1 arm at a time.
3.) Keep your legs straight as you go down the base's back, and use your abs to place your feet between his/her legs.
4.) At the bottom wrap tight around the base's waist, tuck your legs into you, and make sure your feet are together.
5.) As the base brings you through his/her legs, be sure to push off and lift up with your back/chest to get into your extended position.

Base
1.) Don't throw the flier too far back, if either you are placing the flier over your shoulder Or tossing her up in an X above you.
2.) Keep a wide stance for stability and for enough room to bring the flier through (slightly more than shoulder width).
3.) Reach for the flier's feet and guide them in as the flier is going down your back.
4.) Rotate your hips underneath the flier to maintain momentum and get your legs underneath the stunt.
5.) Keep the flier close to you until you throw her up.
6.) Throw straight up with your left arm to guide and toss the flier up.
7.) Don't stop and kill the momentum.

Xtra spots/Base(For all-girl help)
1.) Help the flier at the hips/buttocks as she comes down the base's back.
2.) Help at the flier's hips/thighs as she is underneath.
3.) As the flier has come through, be sure to help get the flier's chest up by helping at the shoulders and waist.
