"Fliers..How to adjust in the stunt"

Fliers, when you are up in the air it is difficult to know exactly how to adjust if something goes wrong in a stunt. Here are some tips to help:

1.) Stay tight - Always stay tight in your stunt. If you loose this, then you will feel heavy and make it harder for the stunt to stay up.
2.) Squeeze to position - Try this especially if you foot does NOT fee right. Try to squeeze OR push your foot so that you are NOT standing on it lop-sided.
3.) Slight movements - Don't over do your adjustments. The base(s) are also making adjustments underneath you so any drastic movements could cause a fall OR make you feel heavy in the stunt.
4.) Lift up - Lifting up with your head, chest, and shoulders can make it easier for the bases to save the stunt, and it reduce the amount of shifting of the stunt.
5.) Don't Bail - No matter what happens and how uncomfortable it feels, try to stick the stunt at all costs. Bailing will only lead to a bad fall and possible injury of you or your base(s).
