Leapfrogs are an exciting transition that can be used for stunts OR pyramids. Here are some Variations and tips for leapfrogs:

You can do it on the ground

You can do it up in a pyramid


Throw it from the side


Or have the flier leap over your leg

Leapfrog Tips:
1.) Those throwing need to guide the flier up. The throw needs to be controlled.
2.) Throwers need to throw up and slightly forward. Don't throw the flier into the base!
3.) Base needs to pop their arms straight as a support for the flier.
4.) Flier needs to ride up and push down through the bases arms.
5.) Flier lift your knees to your chest, NOT chest to knees.
6.) The flier needs to lean slightly forward as she rides up to get her momentum over the base.
