Ride up with your arms 2. Lift up with your chest 3. Keep your head up 4. Don't throw your head back 5. Don't throw the back tuck right out of the basket 6. Don't hollow out your chest or it will stop the initiation of your rotation 7. Don't drop your chest to your knees or it will fight your rotation 8. Bring your knees to your chest 9. Tuck tight 10. Open up when you see the ground 11. Keep lifting with your chest/head as you come around to the cradle
