"Scale Stretches"

1.) Stretch your back - In order to do a scale you need a flexible back. The best way to get started is to do bridges and back bends.
2.) Front Stretch - Also try a front stretch and lean back. This will stretch you back out and allow you to practice grabbing your leg.
3.) Hold on to someone - Now try holding onto someone and/or the wall to help you pull the scale. This will help you get your balance while you stretch.
4.) Get Help - If are having difficulties holding on to someone, try grabbing another person to help lift your leg so that you can get a good stretch.
5.) Try it on the ground - When you feel ready, try pulling the scale on the ground. Try to perfect the technique of it before you go up in the air. (Here are some tips to help clean up your scale)
