Here are tips for a Higher Cradle Toss:

1.) Stay tight - Flier must stay as tight as possible as the bases dip. This will allow the base(s) to use most of their energy in the throw instead of trying to balance you.

2.) Legs locked - Flier must keep her legs locked at all times throughout the dip and throw. This way the bases have something to push through to throw you higher.

3.) Flier don't jump - Jumping from the flier is counter-productive. It fights against the throw.

4.) Bases use legs - Make sure they bend down and actually use these powerfull muscles.

5.) Bases fully extend their arms - Make sure they are not releasing half-way extended.

6.) Bases jump - Make sure the bases are jumping off of the ground when they throw. It will force them to use their legs.

7.) Flier must ride - Ride to the top of the throw for greatest height.
