" Front Stretch Tips"

Here are a few Tips for a Front Stretch:

1.) Pull your stretch to the front - Your leg needs to come straight up to the shoulder of the same side. Don't pull it to the side OR in front of your face.

2.) Don't bend at the waist - Kick your leg up to you,...Don't bend down for it.

3.) Grab with both hands - Don't just reach with one.

4.) Don't rock back on your heel - Keep your ankle tight, and upper body straight so you don't rock back on your heel.

5.) Keep toe pointed - Don't flex your foot.

6.) Don't loose your hips - Keep your hips tight so that your weight does not get shifted.

7.) Don't drop your chin - It will drop your weight forward. Keep your chin up at all times.

8.) Arms above your head - When holding your front stretch don't hold it straight out in front. You need to bring your leg up above your head.
