"Stunts and pyramids that Turn around"

Turning stunts and/or pyramids around is a great transition for games and competition. It requires the flier to have her back to the crowd, then hitch her leg up and use it to stand up and turn around to the front.

Here are a few tips to help the flier for turning stunts and/or pyramids:

• Keep your weight centered - Don't try to shift your weight in order to make a wide turn. Just keep yourself centered so you turn easier.
• Stand straight up - Make sure you concentrate on standing up and locking your leg first.
• Don't worry about the turn - Stand up to where you foot is and the base will turn you the last 90 degrees.
• Stay Tight - Stay as tight as you can through the stunt. It will make it easier for adjustments if necessary.
