"Tips for the front basket tosser"

Here are some tips for the front basket tosser (the one who throws from the front):

1.) 1 foot in - Get in there as close as you can by placing 1 foot in. This will help you use your legs instead of your back, and make it easier to toss.

2.) Hand placement - place your hands side by side rather than on top of one another. If you have your hands on top one another, then you will need to be centered at all times. If not then you may throw stronger to one side over the other.

3.) Wrap it - Wrap your fingers around. This will give you a better feel and control over the basket.

4.) Control - You can balance the tosser's throw by controlling the timing between them. If one is throwing faster than the other, you are able to speed the slow side up.

5.) Break through - As you toss break through the base's hands. You should jump and extend your arms straight up to insure that the basket was thrown to it's max.
