"TiC-Toc Tips"

Cheerwiz.com

Here are some tips to help you with your TIC TOCS:

1.) Ride the pop (flier) - Wait for the bases pop, and don't pull your TIC-TOC beforehand or it will throw off your timing, and possible cause the catch to be late.

2.) Placement (flier) - When placing your other foot down, you must place it in the same spot.

3.) Remain tight (flier) - You must stay tight through the pop, and for the catch. Any extra movement will cause the flier to fall.

4.) Lock your leg out (flier)- Lock it out right away. Don't keep it bent when trying to absorb the catch!

5.) Quick (flier)- Make the switch quick. Any delay will cause your catch to be late and your stunt will fall.

6.) Arms locked (bases)- You arms need to remain locked for the pop and catch. Absorb your catch through your legs.

7.) Little pop (bases)- If you pop too high, then the harder the catch will be.
