"Fix the problem of your stunt leaning forward"
Cheerwiz.com
Here are some tips to fix stunts when they are leaning/falling forward:
1.) (base(s)) Watch the heel - Don't give the flier too much heel. This will cause you to adjust and place her weight forward.
2.) (flier) Pull up - Pull up with your Hi-V as though you have a string pulling up through your shoulders. This will keep you from leaning forward in your stunt.
3.) (flier) Watch your hips - Make sure your hips are not pushing forward. You need to squeeze your abs and stay tight in your mid-section.
4.) (flier) Watch your foot/feet - If you go on your toes, then your weight will fall forward.
5.) (base(s)) Watch the toe - If the stunt is forward and you are pushing too much on the flier's foot, the flier will over adjust her weight and shift forward. This will make the stunt go forward.
6.) (flier) roll your toes - Rolling your toes underneath will keep your ankle tight and make it easier for you and your base(s) to adjust the stunt.
7.) (base(s)) Squeeze the foot - Squeeze the flier's foot, This will make her feel comfortable, and adjustments can be made easier.
