Pressing up stunts is usually seen more in competition rather than for games.  It takes a lot of strengths and timing on everyone's part to get it up.  Here are some tips to help with your press ups:

1. (flier) jump - Give a little jump with your leg to initiate the lift and to help the bases' timing.

2. (flier) stay tight - Stay tight as the bases lift you. It will make it easier for your to lift, it will look better, and you will not loose your positioning.

3. (bases) bend with legs - Don't use your back. 

4. (bases) don't drop your arms - You will have a harder time getting the flier back up.

5. (bases) Use a front base to help - By adding this person you will be able to lift the flier easier.

6. (bases) control - Don't pull and jerk the flier up there.  Make sure it is a controlled lift.

7. (spotter) flier balance - Make sure you grab the flier's leg and/or thigh and make sure she does not balance.

8. (spotter) lift up - At the same time as you are holding the flier's leg/thigh, make sure you are also lifting.  It will help the bases with the initial lift.
