" Clean up your Scale"

Here are some tips to help you clean up your Scale.
2.) Grab your Shin - Avoid grabbing your foot OR your thigh. When your grab your shin it is a lot easier to get your leg straight 3.) Watch your motion - Hit your motion strong and make sure it's definable. If you are hitting a half Hi-V, make sure it's a "V" and NOT a "T". .
4.) Point your toe - Make sure your toe is pointed and NOT flexed. 5.) Head/chest up - If you drop either one, then your scale will fall forward.
6.) Keep your weight in the ball of your foot- When pulling your SCALE, if you by chance shift your weight to your toe OR heel, then your scale will fall that way. 7.) Don't loose your hips- Don't pull up on your leg so much that you loose your hips and they sway behind your ankle. They should remain above your ankle at all times, so that your base leg is straight during the stunt.
