"Catch close and with your legs"

When catching a cradle bases tend to back away from the flier. This causes the base(s) to catch the flier in front of them, and use their backs. Many times bases will even hit heads when catching with another base.

The bases need to NOT be affraid to catch the flier. Once they toss her up they need to keep their arms up, reach high, catch her into their bodies, and absorb it with their legs (not back).
