"Watch your stance"

When beginning and/or ending any stunt, pyramid, or jump. always watch your stance. The cheerleading skill that you are attempting will look less impressive if you are Sloutching and/or NOt standing at attention.

The proper stance for beginning or ending a stunt must begin with NO sloutching. Keep your chin up, shoulders back, and stomach in. NOw for arm, hand, and foot placement this can be done a couple of ways. As far as hands you can either have them on your hips or down by your side. If they are down by your side, make sure your fingers are together and not placed in front. The legs can either be shoulder width OR together.
