When catching a cradle DON'T catch too wide. This will cause the flier to fall through your arms and your will use too much energy trying to save her.



 The CORRECT arm placement for a base to have would be wide enough to place the back arm on the flier's lower back and your front arm on the back of the flier's thighs.
