"How to Load up into an Elevator"

When Loading up into and elevator, many fliers drop their bottom, don't use there arms, and put a lot of weight onto the bases hands. All of this makes the elevator heavy, and difficult to lift up.

The proper way to load an elevator is place your arms on the bases shoulders, take a good jump off of the ground, hold yourself up with your arms, keep your bottom up, look down where you are placing your feet, and have your shoulders, knees, and toes all in line.
