"Liberty Fulldown Help"

Cheerwiz.com

Liberty fulldowns can be frustrating if they are done wrong, so here are 2 things to remember: "Drop your Leg" and "Bump your hip"

Right after you ride your bases pop, remember to drop your leg first. From a Liberty position, just drop your toe straight down and wrap it behind your leg. If you do not do this, then you will not rotate when you try to spin. Your waist will stay stationary while your upper body is trying to get around.

After you drop your leg, wrap your arms and bump your hip up. This will initiate your spin and help you get around easier.

Try this 2 step process to help with your Liberty Fulldowns!
