" 8 ways to improve your walk in"

Cheerwiz.com

Walk in stunts are a fun way to get into a stunt. If you are having some trouble with yours, then here are some ways to improve your walk in:

1.) (Base) Use your legs - Don't try to lift the stunt with your back.

2.) (Base) Pop it off your leg - Use momentum by bouncing the walk in off your legs. It will help with timing, and give you more power.

3.) (Base) Both hands - Don't let go too early with other hand. Use both hands for as long as you can.

4) (Base) Ride it up - Take the stunt up as high as you can for each walk in. It looks better, will make you stronger, and is easier to hit.

5.) (Flier) good push - Push off of the bases shoulders to help them out.

6.) (Flier) Push straight Down - If you push them forward or backward, they will loose balance and fall over.

7.) (Flier) Don't turn too soon - You will loose your height, momentum, and possible twist yourself out of the bases hands.

8.) (Flier) Ride it up - Ride it up as high as you can and gradually turn over your right shoulder to initiate the turn.
