"5 Tips to fix your bases lunge"

The lunge is key element of many stunts and pyramids, yet it seems that most bases can never get it 100% correct. Here are some tips and pointers to fix that:

1.) Back Straight - Don't bend forward or you will fall that way.


2.) Back leg straight - Keep it straight for your support.


3.) Bent leg (knee above toe) - Make sure your knee is above your toes at a 45 degree ankle. If anyone needs to stand on it, then is will be sturdy.


4) Shoulders back - If they should ever roll in any direction, then so will the weight of your body.


5.) Feet flat on the ground - On the straight leg the foot should be facing towards the crowd and parallel to the crowd for the bent leg.
