"6 Cupie tips"

Cheerwiz.com

1.) Flier: squeeze your ankles - DO Not think of just pulling your feet together, because this will make your feet hang off the edge of the guy’s hand if the squeeze is not strong enough.

2.) Flier: body position - Stay tight and hit your position. If you are too loose then the stunt will move and possible fall.

3.) Flier: Toes up - When you pull your cupie make sure your toes are pulled up. It will keep you from falling off of the base's hand.

4.) Base: above your nose - Make it easier on your self and pull it to the middle. If it's out too far then you are going to work a lot harder.

5.) Base: squeeze her feet - It will make the flier feel more secure and she will not move as much.

6.) Base: don't balance with your arm - Squeeze through thumb and pinky to balance, and NEVER bend your arm.
