"Cheer Jumping DON'TS"

1.) DON'T start with your feet apart- Start together for a better visual.

2.) DON'T drop your head - Keep looking forward (or slightly up).

3.) DON'T flex you feet - Keep your toes pointed.

4.) DON'T drop your chest - Keep your chest up.

5.) DON'T touch your toes - Kick your legs behind your arms for an added affect.

6.) DON'T reach for your toes - It will make your jump look lower than it actually is.

7.) DON'T bend your legs on the way down - If your jump does not require you to bend your legs, then don't. If you bend your legs on the way down to the landing then it will look sloppy.

8.) DON'T land with your feet apart - Always land with your feet together.

9.) DON'T land stiff - Alway absorb your landings.

10.) DON'T have loose motions - When you hit your motion, make sure it is stiff and correct.
