"Stunting Exercise for COED teams"

Winnipeg Wolves

COED stunting can be a little intimidating for anyone NEW to it. It can also be difficult to find someone to practice with. One of the best ways to practice COED stunting is to have the base lie down and have a spotter place the flier in his hands. The base will gain strength in his hands, an understanding of the positioning, and confidence while the flier will gain stregnth in her ankles, body positioning, and confidence in her execution.

This is a safe and highly recommended way from beginners to even more skilled teams to try. Please remember to have proper spotters on hand at all times. Even the simpliest stunts can cause injuries.
