– Make a kneeled
lunge by placing your left foot on the ground making sure your left
knee is up parallel to the ground, and your right knee is placed on
the ground. Hit a Hi-V for the finish.
Flier
–
Stand to the left of the base and hitch your right leg on the the thigh of the
base.
Hit a Hi-V for the
finish.
