Start with a main base in the middle with her hands/knees on the ground, a flier behind. and 2 fliers out to the sides.

Have the flier in the back place their right foot on the main base's lower back, and grab the wrists of both of the 2 stretch fliers on the sides. On count have the flier step and lock, push through the stretch flier's arms, and place her left foot on the main base's back. Once stable the stretch fliers will pull stretches for the finish.
