Flier Start to either side of the base (who is on the ground) and grab the backspots wrists as she grabs your waist. Give your closest foot to the base's furthest hand. On count dip, jump off the ground, resist through the backspots wrists and place your other foot onto the base's other hand. Keep your head up, chest up, ankles locked, and hit a hi-V to complete the stunt.

Back spot (Hands on spotting at all times). Start behind the flier and grab her waist with your corresponding hands. On count follow the flier as she dips down then help lift her up and over the base as the flier jumps off the ground. Straddle the base and keep a firm grip as the flier hits her HI-V.

Base Lay on your back and place both hands in front of you. As the flier steps into your first hand make sure you resist and keep your arms locked. Now grab for the flier's opposite foot, then squeeze and resist as the flier hits the stunt. cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer cheerleading cheer
