Flier- Face the elevator from the front this time. Put your hands on the bases’ shoulders. On count dip off of the ground and jump into the elevator with your right left over your left. Make sure your knees are bent and your feet are separated about shoulder width apart. You should also be lifting most of your weight through your arms onto the bases’ shoulders. Dip into the elevator then stand up. This is done by lifting with the chest and straightening out your legs. After you stand up, then you want to turn by tucking your chin to your right shoulder and turning your upper body to the front.
Back spot-As the flier jumps into the elevator assist her at her knees and lift up and go with her twist. Keep on pulling up on the flier’s legs to make the stunt easier for the others. When flier finally faces the front, grab high on the thighs and squeeze for the finish.
Front spot- Help and the waist. And the flier begins to stand in the elevator, give a little flick and twist her slightly. This will make the stunt easier for the others involved. As the flier comes to the front grab the front of the flier’s thighs and squeeze.
Right/Left Base- Face one another and dip with your legs about shoulder width apart. Your arms should be crossed right over left. Your head needs to focus directly on the flier’s feet as they come in. On count watch for the flier’s feet and bring them to the necessary position. Left base will have his right hand on the flier’s left heel and his left hand on the flier’s left toe. Right base will have his right hand on the flier’s right toe and his left hand on the flier’s right heel. Squeeze whatever you can get your hands on. Dip down then on the way up lift up the flier’s feet about the height of your head and re-cross your right arm back from the crossed position with the flier’s foot in hand. Finish by placing the flier’s foot back to shoulder height.
