Scale drop to squish

Start in a elevator scale from the side. As the bases drop down, the flier needs to hit an arabesque position and hold it firm as the bases drop her down. The backspot will need to grab high for the flier's left thigh as it is out for the arabesque and the front spot can either grab the flier's waist or remain on the flier's foot. The two main bases will remain on the flier's right foot as they drop her down.

In a continuous fashion pop the flier back up (This is a nonstop transition), and turn your stunt (pod)45 degrees so that the flier is facing front. The flier will remain tight as the transition turns, then bring her left leg together with her right and squeeze until her left base is able to reach her foot. In a countinuous motion, continue down to the squish.

NOTE: Please take proper precautions when attempting this stunt. Make sure you have a trained instructor and a certified trainer on hand at all times. We have left out many steps in the transition as well as many techniques to make this transition easier. Please practice safe!
