Flier – Stand toe the left side of the base with your right leg sticking straight out.  Place you hands on the bases shoulders (With spot: grab spotter’s wrist).  On count dip and jump up until you’re standing up with you feet together and facing the side.  Right away turn your head over your right shoulder and initiate your spin slightly with you shoulders while still pulling up. Stay tight and squeeze for the finish at hands.


Base – Bend down slightly and grab for the fliers right foot with your right hand.  On count stand up the flier in a J up motion and lift up.  When flier has stood up, then help initiate the spin, squeeze and control down to hands for the finish.  (GRAB an extra toss for more help)
