Fallback Arch

You can start with an elevator Or prep (in this example we will start from a prep).

(from prep) As the flier jumps in with both feet and the bases dip, make sure the bases place their front hand towards the middle of the flier's foot and their back hand will be placed on her ankle.  Both bases will need to have a strong grip as they extend the flier up over their head.

The spotter will assist the flier in, toss her up and the waist and step with his/her right foot back to become a catcher.  You will need to place at least 2 other spotters in the back (1 to be an additional catcher and the other to be a head spot).

The flier will need to ride the pop up and the bases extend, then do a back arch while keeping her hips up and her arms out to her side.  Right before the flier hits the additional bases have her pike and catch her NEW bases for the cradle.  The OLD bases will guide her down and let go of her feet as she cradles with the NEW bases
