Start in an elevator, and place an extra base to the back right and a head spot well behind the main back spot. As the elevator dips, the back spot will step back with their left foot so that they are positioned at the back left of the elevator. This will place them across from the extra base that was positioned to the back right of the elevator.

The main base will dip and as they extend they will slide the fliers feet forward with their front hands. The flier will remain tight and either place her hands down to her sides OR cross them on her chest as she falls back. Please make sure the flier does not loose her hips and try to butt back. This will make her loose her form and make her more difficult to catch (most scared fliers will do this).

As the flier is falling, the main bases will still hold the fliers foot with thier front hand and grab her thigh with their back hand. The back 2 bases will reach high for the flier and grab her upper back and buttock/lower hip high to slow her down, and the back spot will grab high for the fliers shoulders.

For the pop back up, the 2 back bases and back spot will dip with the flier and throw her up. The back bases will need to throw more with their back hand than front, the main bases will push up with her thigh and push her feet back to it's original position. The flier will ride her pop, tuck her chin, and roll her shoulders forward to and elevator position. The back left base will become the main back spot again, and the flier will hit a Hi-V for the finish.
