(NOTE: There are many ways to get up into this. We will instruct one way, but you can try what works best.)

The easiest way to start is to have the main base in front, the flier behind the base with a thumb to thumb grip, a side base on the right side of the flier, and a spotter in the back.

Have the flier lift her right leg up so the side base can grab her right foot. The spotter will place her left hand on the flier's buttocks and her right hand on her ankle. On count the flier will dip and jump, the main base will straighten and lock her arms, the back spot will push and guide through the flier's buttocks, and the side base will resist and lift with the flier' right foot. Have the flieer bring her feet together and place them on the main bases's right shoulder with the assistance from the side base and back spot.

To pop up to a stunt, the main base needs to dip with her legs and shrug up with her arms to give the flier a good pop. The flier will resist through her arms, and ride the pop. After the pop, the flier will let go of the main base's hands, lift up with her chest and straighten her body out. Make sure she does NOT jump off of the base's shoulder. The side base and the backspot will guide the flier up to the stunt.
