Start facing forward with your arms to your side. On count dip with you legs and jump off the
ground making sure your arms lift and extend up to give you a set. (twisting
to the left) After your arms extend up, begin to initiate the tuck and twist
to your left by tucking your chin to your left shoulder and wrapping your
arms toward your left side of your body (keep your arms bent to make it
easier to get a tight wrap). Tuck your
knees to your body to make the rotation easier. Getting a good jump off the ground and a
tight rotation is crucial to the execution of the skill. You have NO momentum when starting this
skill, so execution is vital. When you
see the ground, open up out of your full, lift your chest up, and squeeze
your landing for the finish. |
