Perform it in this order: Squat down, place your hands on the ground, tuck your chin to your chest, raise your bottom, and roll. Remain tucked, then push yourself up with your hands to the squat position for the finish.



NOTE - Here are a couple of things you can do to help. Keep their head on their knees from start to finish, have them look back through their legs at the person behind them, and/or use their hands to give a little extra push when coming up.
