Start with an
Elevator
.
Flier-
Start in elevator position. Shift your weight to either your right or
left leg. In this scenario we will hitch to the right so shift your
weight to your left leg and lift your right leg up with so that your
knee is up, your right thigh is parallel to the ground, and your toe
is pointing of the right. Use this stunt as an overall effect with
other pyramids and/or hitch other girls off of this stunt.
Back spot-
Start with both hands on the filers’ upper thighs. As the flier
hitches to the right, take your right hand off the right thigh and
grab their flier’s left ankle with your right hand for support.
Squeeze to stabilize the stunt.
Left Base
– Keep a hold of the flier’s left foot. Once the flier shifts her
weight to your side, continue to hold your position and squeeze her
foot for the finish as she hitches her right leg up on the right
base.
Right Base
– Lift up the flier’s right leg up and turn 45°
to form a hitch. Keep your arms slightly bent to make sure that her
right thigh is parallel to the ground. Squeeze the flier’s foot to
stabilize. |
