Start with the flier facing the base.  Have the base bend down at his knees and place is arms in front. 

 

Start with a 2 shoulder stands on the outside and a shoulder sit in the middle. Have the bases of the shoulder stands adjust and place their hand of their inside arm under the flier's outside foot. Have the fliers in the shoulder stand shift their weight onto the inside of their outside foot. ON count have them lift their inside leg up and hitch it to the shoulder sit flier in the middle. Have the fliers hit Hi-Vs for the finish.
